چکیده
There has been a significant increase in the development of edible films and coatings recent times, this is expected to have impact on quality fruit vegetables coming years. Consumers expect fresh free from pesticide residues, with high quality, nutritional value an extended shelf life. The application fruits represents environmentally friendly approach innovative solution problem. Coatings can act as ecological biodegradable packaging. coating strategy involves combination natural biopolymers appropriate preservation methods. article presents applicability, trends perspectives polysaccharide their vegetables, providing understanding main functions benefits. Numerous studies show that polysaccharides are well suited for use packaging material often be important alternative synthetic compounds. Natural polymer materials good barrier oxygen carbon dioxide; however, they characterised by excessive solubility water environment, vapour permeability low extensibility. properties modified addition plasticisers, surfactants, cross-linkers, antimicrobial agents, functional additives, nanosilver particles or vegetable residues. electric field also promising technology here. preparation justified not only possibility reducing consumption made but fact production some polymers using waste products generated during processing food raw materials.

15 صفحه اولFunctional polysaccharides as edible coatings for cheese.
The objective of the present study was to apply the polysaccharides from different nontraditional sources for cheese coatings. Chitosan, galactomannan from Gleditsia triacanthos, and agar from Glacilaria birdiae were tested, with different formulations and with the addition of plasticizer and corn oil. The surface properties of the cheese and the wetting capacity of the coatings on the cheese w...
متن کاملFilms and edible coatings containing antioxidants – a review
The incorporation of natural antioxidants into fi lms and edible coatings can modify their structure, improving their functionality and applicability in foods, such as in fresh-cut fruits. This paper reviews the more recent literature on the incorporation of antioxidants from several sources into fi lms and edible coatings, for application in fruits and vegetables. The use of synthetic antioxid...

in this thesis, first the notion of weak mutual associativity (w.m.a.) and the necessary and sufficient condition for a $(l,gamma)$-associated hypersemigroup $(h, ast)$ derived from some family of $lesssim$-preordered semigroups to be a hypergroup, are given. second, by proving the fact that the concrete categories, semihypergroups and hypergroups have not free objects we will introduce t...

According to their origin, major postharvest losses of citrus fruit are caused by weight loss, fungal diseases, physiological disorders, and quarantine pests. Cold storage and postharvest treatments with conventional chemical fungicides, synthetic waxes, or combinations of them are commonly used to minimize postharvest losses. However, the repeated application of these treatments has led to imp...
